On June 17, the ReciVeci team trained, together with basic waste pickers, the collaborators of the Green Team of the United States Embassy in Quito.
These trainings are part of ReciEduca, our service for companies where we provide training on circular economy and inclusive recycling with recyclers based on companies and institutions.
On this occasion, Lorena Gallardo, Technology and Innovation Manager at ReciVeci, provided the training together with Alejandra Ramos, basic recycler of the Grassroots Recyclers Association “For a Better Future”. We highlight that this was Alejandra's first training, where she was able to share what her job as a recycler is like and explain what materials are and are not recyclable.
We thank the U.S. Embassy in Ecuador and the Green Team for allowing us to share information about recycling and for trusting ReciVeci.
We are continuing to build human links in the recycling chain!
